In addition to the new community centre, Sweid & Sweid and DMCC will carry out enhancement works around Lake D that will unlock greater connectivity across JLT. A redesigned pedestrian avenue will provide a direct route from the metro station to the far side of the lake, improving access to various clusters and the JLT Park. Upgraded lakefront edges will feature outdoor seating, additional greenery, and public walkways that strengthen the connection between residents and the waterfront. To support the increased activity around the project, BAY360 will also include a dedicated 300-space underground parking facility ensuring convenient access for visitors and shoppers.
