Construction work on firm’s first US-based Double Creek Apartments is scheduled to be completed in 2021
Dubai-based real estate firm, Sweid & Sweid has expanded into the US market with a 372 unit residential development, the Double Creek Apartments in Austin, Texas, with construction starting this week and is scheduled to complete in 2021.
The development will be spread across 12 buildings on a 5.5ha plot with a built-up area of more than 37,000m2.
Commenting on the move, managing partner at Sweid & Sweid, Maher Sweid, said: “After two years of planning we are excited to formally announce our expansion into the US, and are confident that this project will produce exceptional results.
