Sweid & Sweid America (SSA) announces its latest venture, River Park 10, marking the company’s foray into the industrial real estate sector and its first project in the bustling Atlanta, Georgia market – one of the strongest performing and most logistically crucial industrial markets in the country. River Park 10 will be the first industrial development for SSA.

Neighbors in the River Park E-Commerce Center include Procter & Gamble, who are in the final stages of completing their 2,000,000 square foot single building distribution center that will serve the entire South East of the U.S., as well as an electric vehicle parts distributor, which is strategically positioned to cater to the growing electric vehicle manufacturing plants of Hyundai, Kia & Rivian.
