Sweid & Sweid is capitalising on the fluid state of the Dubai residential market by releasing a limited number of branded luxury apartments for rent.
Shortly after the official opening of the Banyan Tree Residences Dubai in June 2020, the developer received considerable interest from brokers and tenants enquiring about renting apartments, and has taken the strategic decision to release a limited portion of its retained inventory to the market.
Maher Sweid, managing partner of Sweid & Sweid, commented: “The demand has been quite extraordinary” he said. “Since offering this world class development to the rental market we have been overwhelmed by the number of enquiries – leasing over 25% of the building within two months.”
The Banyan Tree – branded residences are the first and only one of its kind in the Middle East. The development consists of a single tower featuring 235 luxury residences over 32 stories, with bespoke Italian interior finishes, impressive ceiling heights, and balconies overlooking the Montgomerie and the Emirates golf courses.
“Not only do we offer a holistic experience more commonly associated with premium five-star hotels and resorts, we also offer tranquil outdoor leisure spaces with lush greenery. These are features that many residents seek, having re-evaluated their living space priorities after the lockdown,” added Sweid.
Residents benefit from the luxuries of five-star resort-style living within a gated private community. This includes a residents-only Clubhouse & Spa, a state-of-the-art fitness centre, an authentic Banyan Tree Spa experience, a squash court, yoga studio and a resort infinity pool adjacent to a poolside cafe.
At ground level, the complex stretches over 110,000 square feet, with the majority of the site dedicated to extensive outdoor green spaces. Residents have access to expansive manicured lawns which have been densely populated with plants and trees, creating a unique urban oasis experience in the heart of the city.
