In a statement, UAE-headquartered developer Sweid & Sweid said that the G+31 tower is set to become “Dubai’s first urban residential resort” upon completion next year.
Currently under development on a 1ha site, the project is valued at the $163m (AED600m). Its amenities will include a clubhouse with a spa, an indoor children’s play area, a poolside café, and a fitness centre. Residents will also have access to a 30m swimming pool, a children’s pool, and flower garden.

The developer further noted that it achieved more than $27.2m (AED100m) in sales during the pre-launch phase of Banyan Tree Residences.
