Sweid & Sweid Breaks Ground on Third Multifamily Project in the US – Waterford 183
A ground-breaking ceremony was held on Friday 28th April at Waterford 183, Sweid & Sweid’s latest project in Austin, Texas. With the demolition of existing structures completed, a cleared site and a building permit in hand, the construction is progressing according to schedule. Waterford 183 is set to deliver its first units in the first quarter of 2025, with final completion expected by the fourth quarter of the same year.

Waterford 183 boasts a total of 374 units, including both market rate and affordable housing options, spread across seven stories. The unit mix comprises 46 studios, 216 one-bedroom, and 112 two-bedroom apartments.
